Lisbon, 21-24 April 2009 – Welcome remarks from HE Mr. Mário LINO, Minister for Public Works, Transport and Communications of Portugal at the Strategic Dialogue on icts atitu’s World Telecommunication Policy Forum (WTPF). WTPF is a high-level international event to exchange views on the key policy issues arising from todays fast changing information and communication technology (ICT) environment.
