Wind-Driven Clouds will likely be in Chinese Fruit Juice Drink Market in the Summer of 2009

On 24th April, China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited and Uni President denied the rumor that Coca Cola continued to contact for purchasing China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited. However, they expressed that they would continue to explore the possible cooperation means, such as OEM.

In the latter half of 2008, since Coca Cola and China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited had reached the merger agreement, two parties began to negotiate the OEM plan, and partial production workshops of China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited had made a full preparation to produce the Munite Maid fruit juice drinks for Coca Cola.

At present, China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited is low in the rate of capacity utilization, which is also the major reason for Huiyuan to consider OEM cooperation. Meanwhile, China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited will turn to produce the low concentration fruit juice drinks and seize the juice market in the summer, which will greatly cut down the idealness ratio of the plant.

Although the acquisition plan of Coca Cola runs aground, China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited will continue to find new strategic partners and now is negotiating the cooperation even joint venture with many companies.

The acquisition plan of Coca Cola with China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited ended up with nothing, however, opened a new pattern in Chinese fruit juice market.

Entering the busy season of the drink sales, Chinese fruit juice drink market is bustling. At first, China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited, engaged in the operation of the high concentration fruit juice drinks, release the low concentration fruit juice drink of Lemon ME, joining in the battle of the lemon drinks between Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd and Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd. Soon, Coca Cola also announces to intensify the fruit juice drink business.

The fruit juice business of Uni President was cut down by 7% in 2008 in China. In order to restore the market, the company put the 100% tomato juice. After the various teas placing the leading position for successive years in Chinese market, Uni President will usher a new age of fruit juice in the summer of 2009.

Although Chinese concentrated fruit juice accounts for 50% of the world’s yields, the concentrated fruit juice orders in China were cut down by 70%. In 2008, China exported 692.9 thousand tons of the concentrated fruit juice, down by 33.55% over the previous year.

Chinese fruit juice providers, accounting for over 70% market shares of the world’s concentrated apple juice, are facing with the most serious losses since the beginning of history, in which the export price of the concentrated apple juice is decreased from the peak of 2 thousand USD per ton last year to 800 USD per ton, about 60% of the reduction rate in the price. Andeli Group Co., Ltd, the giant of the apple juice in China, earned 150 million Yuan of net profits, down by 27% year on year and 1.309 billion Yuan of operation revenues, down by 21% year on year, shown in the annual performance report by the end of 2008.

Andeli Group Co., Ltd and China Haisheng Juice Holdings Co., Ltd etc, the production giants of the export-orientated raw materials, are also eager to transfer their sales to the domestic market so as to rescue the decline in the performance. The sharp drop in the costs of the raw material procurement provides expansion opportunity for the downstream fruit juice processors.

The fruit juice products in Chinese market can be divided into three categories: one is the low concentration fruit juice with the fruit content between 5 to 10 percent, represented by the leading products of O-BOX of Uni President, Daily C of MASTER KONG, Qoo and Minute Maid of Coca Cola; the other is the compound fruit juice made of several kinds of fruits and vegetables with the concentration around 30%, represented by Mr. Juicy in Watson and the Nongfu in Yangshengtang. Another is represented by 100% fruit juice of China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited.

The Solar Deity’s Ire in the 21st Century

The sun is the chief of the solar system. According to the Vedas the sun awakens us in the morning so that we act aptly all through the day. The sun is said to be the ‘soul’ of all movable and immovable objects. Within the entire cosmos the sun moves about ‘mysteriously’ and is a silent witness of the actions of all living beings. In Greek language the sun is called “Helios”. It means that which is radiant and brilliant in nature. This radiance of the sun is but a manifestation of the intense infinite energy it harbors within its core being. It is because of this that life sustains on planet Earth. According to modern scientists that ball of brilliant light seen by us and is called the sun manifests certain movements. They in turn manifest as flames and black spots or sun spots.

No doubt the sun predominates gigantically in our solar system and yet it is a mere star with reference to the galaxy in which it exists. The distance between the sun and our earth is 1.4 billion and 9.6 million kilometers. Despite this solar rays take merely 8 minutes to reach our planet from the sun. The diameter of the sun is 1.3 million and 92 thousand kilometers. From our standpoint while visualizing the sun from our planet it is very difficult to imagine the sun to be so much more gigantic, heavy and blazing than our earth.

The temperature in every area of the sun is not equally distributed. The surface temperature is 6000 degrees Celsius. It is solar energy that is at work behind the sun’s light and heat principles. Solar energy is the very life force of our planet earth. As a result life proliferates and sustains on earth. This solar energy is a manifestation of the ‘nuclear’ activity of the sun. In that hydrogen gas is converted to helium. In the sun’s core/central region within one second 564 million tons of hydrogen gets converted to 560 million tons of helium gas. Energy of 4 million tons hydrogen manifests from the sun in the form of solar rays. The sun emits 3.8 x 10 raised to -26 Joules energy/second into interstellar space.

For the past 5 billion years the sun has been converting air around it into solar energy which is used up as and when required. Its temperature on the surface region too is not equally distributed. In the sun’s Photosphere the temperature is 6000 degrees centigrade. One layer of its uncontrolled atmosphere is Photosphere. Between these 2 is a layer whose temperature is 4500 degrees centigrade. This is the ‘coldest’ region on the sun. During the duration between the commencement and ending of a solar eclipse it is seen as a magnet freeze.

On the surface of the sun where the temperature is less and there exists only cold and dark gloominess is called Sunspots. The temperature of a Sunspot is less than 2000 degrees centigrade of the temperature of its neighboring gas. It is around 4000 degrees centigrade in the Photosphere. These spots tend to move as couples or more in number and their life spans between a few days and a few months. These Sunspots were first discovered by that great scientist Galilee.

The sun is never known to be clam and serene. This is because movements within it always exist. These movements are so intense at times flames appear on the sun’s surface. According to USA’s material scientist Unin Norman Parlor a continuous flow of hydrogen ions and helium ions are emitted by the sun. In this flow the number of electrons and protons are equal. It is also called solar wind which has a speed of 1.26 to 2.88 million kilometers per hour.

From Sunspots solar flames erupt forth in the form of energy. With its heavy intensity it scatters the particles of solar wind which in turn some times crosses the boundary of planet Earth and appears over here. These energy particles create intense magnetic fields on planet Earth. As a result all modes of communication can get flattened to the ground. In outer space solar flames get spread out in billions of miles area. Until today solar flames were seen in their most terrific form on 28th Feb 1942, 19th Nov 1949, 13th Sep 1971 and April 1990.

At the end of the 20th century i.e. in the year 2000 AD solar movements were seen again in a more intense form. In the year 2000 AD i.e. 3rd and 4th Mar blasts of intensity of billions of hydrogen bombs with the potential of 100 mega tons were recorded on the sun’s surface. As a result of this there was a storm of UV rays in the Earth’s central region. According to that famous outer space scientist R.S. Srivatsava as a result of this episode on that day between 11 am to 1.30 pm the overall situation was very dire because of the X-ray and UV ray storms that lashed out on planet Earth.

According to USA’s J M Fridge and Dr R.S. Srivatsava there are 2 points on the sun’s corona. These points are called 8882 and 8881. In present times these points have suddenly become very active. From both these points about 20 billion tons of corona material is emitted which constitutes a part of its storehouse of rays. It has a speed of 3000 kilo meters/sec. At any time its direction can point at Earth. Ordinarily its speed is 10000 times more. Amongst these one finds gamma and beta rays included too. With reference to these geological incidences Delhi University’s scientist Prof Vishnu Bhatia has clarified that sometimes the earth’s magnetic field agitates high energy particles emitted by the sun. Recently an incident of this type recurred and the earth was saved from great danger.

Very rarely does one see a destructive form of global turbulence but on the sun they have recorded even more intense and ghastly agitations. As a result of this sunspot based activities reach their peak every 11 years. In turn because of this time and again there occurs a change in the shape and form of solar based aura. The temperature of very sensitive magnetic fields found on sunspots is less when compared to other regions. In other magnetic fields (other areas) electrons, protons and ionic electric fields move along tortuous paths. This is why the 11 year wheel of solar activity marches ahead. Every 11th year this activity reaches its peak. On 24th April 1990 AD during such a solar agitation it was noted that certain materials of the NW region of the sun had separated speedily. These materials have spread themselves at a distance of 1million kilometers from the sun.

Due to high activity of sunspots on an average one notes the appearance of a multi colored polar aura. In the North Pole this light is called Aurora Borealis and on the South Pole it is called Aurora Austrealis. The electrical particles of magnetic storms emitted by sunspots get attracted to the magnetic regions of Earth. As a result one can see beautiful scenes related to light on the Earth’s Polar region. The rays emitted from solar turbulences reach the Earth’s Ionosphere. As a result the earth’s magnetic regions get influenced by it. The highest intensity of solar agitations creates further turbulences on the Earth’s Ionosphere. In turn there is a greater probability of magnetic storms manifesting on Earth. What then ensues is an obstruction of radio wave transmissions and thus there is possibility of chaos in the supply of electricity. Our earth has experienced this dire situation umpteen number of times already. These geological incidences had destroyed the electrical supplies of many nations. In Canada the Hydrocubic Electric Machines had been shattered and for hours many regions of Canada and USA had to go without electricity for a certain time span.

At present the sunspots have been increasing since 1996 and they reached their peak in March 2000 AD. When magnetic movements increase on the sun uniformity is noted in its aura but when magnetic movements decrease many colors are seen in its aura that spread out in inter stellar space. A weather scientist of USA’s “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration” Mr. Gary Hackman maintains that the present eruptions on the solar wheel and the resultant dire storm of rays has passed nearby planet earth at a distance of 0.15 million kilometers. It should be looked upon as nothing short of divine grace. If this were not true artificial satellites that have been set up in inter stellar space and their dependent institutions would have been the target of one of the direst world catastrophes.

All such solar movements/activities indicate an imminent widespread change in the world. Eminent world scientists opine that because of such movements a great transformation will duly be witnessed the world over. They say that the shape of earth will no doubt not change but that nature will transform in totality. This can also be seen as a form of transformation of the 21st century which will herald a New Era.

Valentina Leonidovna Ponomaryova, (born 18 September, 1933) is a former Soviet Cosmonaut.

In December 1961, the selection of female cosmonauts was authorised by the Soviet Government, with the specific intention of ensuring the first woman in space was a Soviet citizen. In February 1962 Ponomaryova was selected in a group of five female cosmonauts to be trained for a Vostok flight. The group spent several months in intensive training, concluding with examinations in November 1962, after which the four remaining candidates were commissioned Junior Lieutenants in the Soviet Air Force. Ponomaryova established herself one of the leading candidates with Valentina Tereshkova and Irina Solovyeva, and a joint mission profile was developed that would see two women launched into space, on solo Vostok flights on consecutive days. The honour of being the first woman in space was to be given to Valentina Tereshkova who would launch first on Vostok 5 while Ponmaryova would follow her into orbit on Vostok 6. However she did not respond with standard Soviet cliches in interviews and her feminism made the Soviet leadership uneasy, and this lead to the flight profile being altered in March 1963. Vostok 5 would now carry a male cosmonaut Valery Bykovsky flying the joint mission with Tereshkova aboard Vostok 6 in June 1963. Tereshkova’s back-up was Irina Solovyeva, with Ponomaryova in a supporting ’second back-up’ role.

Despite this setback, Ponomaryova remained with the program until 1969. She was at one stage slated to fly on a circumlunar Soyuz flight in 1965 before substantial delays in the Soyuz spacecraft led to the cancellation of this flight. She was also lead an all-female crew on a ten day mission aboard Voskhod 5 but the programme was cancelled before she had a chance to fly. Ponomaryova retired in 1969 when it became clear that there were no plans for a female Soyuz flight.

She married fellow cosmonaut Yuri Ponomaryov in 1972 and the couple had two children before divorcing. As with Valentina, Yuri did not get to fly into space although he did serve on the Soyuz 18 backup crew.

Valentina Dmitriyevna Ponomaryova (Russian: ?????????? ??????????? ??????????) (born 10 June 1939, Moscow), often also spelled Ponomareva, is a Russian singer, performer of romances (including gypsy ones) and a jazz vocalist.

She graduated from the Khabarovskiy Art Institute. Over the course of many years she performed with the jazz orchestra Anatoliya Krolla and the gypsy trio Roman. Individual recordings and performances have been made with a wide range of well-known musicians, including Sergey Kuryokhin, Sergey Letov, the group Aquarium and others. Songs performed by her are heard in many films, including Ruthless Romance.

In 1988 she voiced the Woman in the cult animated feature film The Cat Who Walked by Herself.

Valentina Schlee was an New-York City-based fashion designer most active in the 1930s through the end of the 1940s.

She was born Valentina Sanina in Russia on 1 May 1894 (some sources state 1899 and 1904).

She was allegedly married to theatre producer George Schlee, but there is some question as to whether they ever officially married. Schlee was most famous for having an affair with screen siren Greta Garbo. There is credible evidence that Valentina and Greta Garbo were also lovers, including photographs of the two kissing.

Valentina began as a dancer and actress as a young woman at the Chauve Souris Theatre in Paris before she moved to New York and opened a small couture house, Valentina’s Gowns. In 1950 Valentina also introduced a perfume, “My Own”. Valentina was a skilled self-promoter. She modeled her own designs and rarely let her dramatic, elegant air of self-possession falter. She was always impeccably turned out, earning her a mention on the International Best Dressed List. She died in 1989 in New York City.

Valentina Serova (Russian: ?????????? ??????????? ???????) (December 23 1917 – December 12 1975) was a Soviet film and theatre actress. Serova was born Valentina Polovikova (????????? ??????????) in 1917 in Kharkov. In 1938, she married her first husband, Anatoli Serov, a Soviet Air Force general, a test and fighter pilot. In 1939 Anatoli Serov died in a crash testing a new plane. In the same year, her film “Devushka s harakterom” had a huge success and she became one of the biggest film stars of the Soviet Union. In 1940 she met Konstantin Simonov, a famous Soviet author, whom she married in 1943. Simonov’s poem “Wait for me”, one of the most famous Russian war poems, is dedicated to her. She subsequently inspired a series of love poems, collected as “With you and without you” (”? ????? ? ??? ????”). Their relationship was a troubled one; her 1942-1946 affair with marshal Konstantin Rokossovsky was widely known. Simonov left her in 1957. Her career declined after the 1940s. She died in Moscow in 1975.

Valentina Shevchenko (born October 2, 1975) is an Ukrainian cross country skier who has been competing since 1994. She finished fifth in the 30 km at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Shevchenko’s best individual finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was sixth twice (1999: 5 km, 2003: 10 km). She has a total of nine individual victories at various levels at various distances up to 15 km since 1996, including two World Cup victories (both in 2003).

Valentina Sergeyevna Stenina (Russian: ????????? ????????? ???????) (born 29 December 1934) is a former speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union.

Born Valentina Miloslavova in Babruysk (which is now part of Belarus), she fled to Sverdlovsk – taken by her mother – in 1941 because of World War II. In Sverdlovsk, she took up speed skating, training at VSS Trud, and met and married fellow skater Boris Stenin.

In 1959, Stenina participated in her first World Allround Championships, held in her home town of Sverdlovsk, and she won silver. The next year, 1960, was a very good year for Stenina: her husband Boris became Soviet Allround Champion, then Boris won silver at the European Allround Championships, then she herself became World Allround Champion, then Boris became World Allround Champion, and then at the 1960 Winter Olympics of Squaw Valley, she won silver on the 3,000 m behind Lidia Skoblikova, while Boris won bronze on the 1,500 m. In addition, Boris received the Oscar Mathisen Award that year. Valentina was not even considered for that award since women were not eligible to win it until 1987.

The following year (1961), Stenina successfully defended her World Champion title in a grand way with victories in three distances and a second place in the fourth. Later that month, she won the Soviet National Championships – a title she would win a total number of four times in her career (in 1961, 1965, 1966, and 1967). Stenina did not compete in 1962 but returned in 1963, winning bronze at the World Championships. At the 1964 Winter Olympics of Innsbruck, she won another silver medal on the 3,000 m, again behind Skoblikova. Another silver medal at the World Championships would follow in 1965 and she became World Champion for the third and final time in 1966, this time not winning any of the four distances.

For her accomplishments, Stenina was awarded the title of Honorable Citizen of Sverdlovsk in 1967 – the year she won her third consecutive (and fourth total) Soviet National Championships title. In 1968, she ended her career as a speed skater. Stenina currently lives in Yekaterinburg (which is the name that Sverdlovsk was changed back to in 1991). Her husband Boris died in 2001.

Valentina Suzukei is now one of Tuva’s leading ethnomusicologist according to Theordore Levin, but as a student she had different aspirations. While she was a “student growing up in the 1960s and early 1970s, her passion was dance.” [1]. Suzukei also “studied conducting at the Moscow Institute of Culture.” . During her time at the Moscow Institute of Culture, Suzukei worked under Moscow conductor Alexei Kovalev and studied, from her black teacher, Mr. Muggs “orchestration, composition, and music theory as well as conducting.” . After her graduation, Suzukei returned to her native home of Tuva where she “became the conductor of the folk orchestra in Kyzyl’s music high school.”

Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova (Russian: ?????????? ????????????? ??????????; born 6 March 1937), is a retired Soviet cosmonaut and was the first woman to fly in space, aboard Vostok 6 on 16 June 1963.

She was born in Bolshoye Maslennikovo, a small village in the Yaroslavl Oblast. After school she worked in a coat factory, and then studied engineering. She also trained in parachuting at the local Aeroclub, making her first jump at age 22 on 21 May 1959. In 1961 she became secretary of the local Komsomol (Young Communist League) and later joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

Valentina Georgiyevna Tsaryova (Russian: ?????????? ??????????? ??????; born in 1926) was a former Soviet cross country skier who competed in the 1950s. She earned a gold medal in the 3×5 km at the 1954 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun.

Valentina Tsybulskaya (Belarusian: ????????? ??????????; born February 9, 1968 in Rostov, Russia) is a Belarusian race walker. She has won World Championships silver and bronze medals, but no Olympic medals although she participated in 2000 and 2004.

Valentina Uccheddu (born 26 October 1966 in Oristano) is a retired Italian long jumper. She briefly held the Italian record with 6.80 metres from Sestriere in 1994, but the same year Fiona May became an Italian citizen. May would later improve the Italian record to 7.11 m.

Valentina Vargas (born December 31, 1964) is a Chilean-born actress who developed most of her career in France, where she was raised.

Valentina Vasilyevna was the mother of Viktor Robertovich Tsoi (June 21, 1962 – August 15, 1990) was a famous Soviet artist and leader of the rock group Kino. Tsoi was born to a Korean father and Russian mother on June 21, 1962 in Leningrad, USSR (now St. Petersburg, Russia). Tsoi’s mother, Valentina Vasilyevna, was a teacher and his father, Robert Maximovich, was an engineer. Tsoi’s Korean family name is usually transcribed in English as Choi or Choe. He married Marianna Tsoi in 1985 and had a son with her–Alexander (Sasha).

He is regarded as one of the pioneers of Russian rock and has a huge following in the countries of the former Soviet Union even today, as of 2007. Few musicians in the history of Russian music have been more popular or have had more impact on their genre than Victor Tsoi and his rock band Kino. Any discussion of Kino must inevitably begin and end with the creator, writer and lead singer of the band, a man who was once called the “last hero of Russian rock” and a “legend”. The band was born when he was, lived when he did, and died with him in a tragic accident. The life of Victor Tsoi is the life of Kino.

Unfortunately, after contributing a plethora of musical and artistic works, including ten albums, he died in a car accident on August 15, 1990.

Pope John Paul L L – the Fighter for Peace

POPE JOHN PAUL II

THE FIGHTER FOR PEACE

=======================

Loved by millions, admired by others, strange to some, and even hated by many, he was, without a doubt a Gift from God for the generation that had the privilege of knowing him.

To me, personally, is the man I have admired most in my life.-

KAROL JOSEPH WOJTYLA was born in Wadowice, a small city of Poland, on May 18th., 1920. His biography is long, and many know it.- He lost his parents at a very young age, and managed to survive and become a priest in a communist ruled country., against all odds and putting his life at risk many times.-

Before he realized the call of God, he was studying to be an actor.- But once he decided to become a priest, nothing was able to stand in his way.

He was elected POPE on Oct. 16th, 1978, when he was only 58 years old, and was pope for 27 years. One of longest in the history of the Church.-

This man, that more than a man was the representative of GOD on earth, had a humility and charisma that made it very difficult NOT to love him. His face and smile had a sweetness and humanity that always made me belief that if we could see GOD, he would have that same face and the same smile.

He was extremely conservative, and there were issues that I could not accept in my Catholic Religion;,- like the ordinance that priests could not marry, not accepting birth control, not accepting divorce, the issues of women’s important roles in Church, and many others. But these were part of his rulings that we had to accept.

On the other hand, his influence and improvement of the Catholic Faith due to his many accomplishments, overruled all and any of his strict regulations that I, as well as many other people, did not agree with.

His love for humanity, specially the poor, the children and young people were the most important part of his endeavor in this world. He never waited for people to visit him, he always WENT TO HIS PEOPLE. He was the only Pope in the 2,000 years history of the church that traveled more than any other.

He made more than 104 visits to other parts of the world, traveled to more than 100 countries and cities, including communist Cuba, –and Jerusalem, were he apologized to the Jewish people for the offenses made by Christians, this way closing more than 1,000 years of conflicts.-

He also went to Jewish temples, and joined them in their own prayers, to show the world that we are all the same under the eyes of God.- Something that no other Pope had never done.

His several visits to South Africa, many times carried huge confrontations with the different governments, since he could not accept the political irregularities that created the misery and hunger of the people.- His main goal was to help humanity.

Even when he was partially crippled, due to the Parkinson Disease that ailed him, he visited Spain, were people glorified him.- He could hardly walk, and needed help to sit or stand up.- By this time, his once handsome and straight figure, was completely distorted by the disease, his back was curved and his once vivid and beautiful eyes, were partially closed. But nothing could stop this strong willed man that fought ,-up to his very last moment in this world.

He was not only a humanitarian and a philosopher, but also a magnificent writer.- Among some of his books are: “ Crossing The Threshold of Hope”, – “Gift and Mystery”,- “Roman Triptych” – “Arise, Let Us Be Going”,- “Memory and Identity”,- and many more that were never published. There are also many essays and documents that remain at his Library in The Vatican.-

What happened in Eastern Europe that culminated in the overthrow of communism would have never been accomplished without his efforts and personal involvement. Together with Lech Waleska, they created the “Solidarity Movement”, that eliminated communism without a single drop of blood, or a civil war., -that could have cost thousands of lives.– The soviet press defined him once as a “Subversive Pope”.- , but instead, he was named ‘THE MAN OF THE CENTURY.-

Karol Joseph Wojtyla died on April 2nd., 2005, when he was 85 years old.- Was Pope for 27 years, one of the longest in the history of the Church,.

More than 3 million pilgrims came to Rome to pay homage to this unique man. Some slept in parks, and many streets of Rome, and waited more than 24 hours in long endless lines, just to be able to enter St. Peter’s Basilica, and be able to see him for the last time.

History will always judge him as the most important Pope of our times. From a religious, moral and social perspective, no one has influenced the world as he did.

He faced many contradictions in his life and faith, after all he was only a human being — elected by GOD to be his representative in this World, and to guide us.-

Sometimes he was a tragic figure indeed, but if his contradictions were due to something we failed to gasp, then the inability to understand HIM, has been OUR OWN TRAGEDY.-

He is scheduled to be canonized sometime next year.- Who, better than him, that was indeed a “SAINT”.-

THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER KAROL J. WOJTYLA.- He was blessed by GOD, and will forever remain in our hearts and souls.

The role of Azerbaijan propaganda in Armenia Azerbaijan conflict

The conflict between the Armenian desire for self-determination for the Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan’s insistence on its territorial integrity was violent between 1988 and 1994. Thousands of deaths and approximately 350,000 Armenian and 800.000 Azeri refugees resulted.
What is propaganda? The nature of propaganda introduced by Gart Joette from Houston University and Victoria O’Donnel from North Texas university in the article “Propaganda and Infusion” says that: “Propaganda is form of communication, which differs from infusion by that it strives to achieve reactions, which contribute to implementation of aims by a propagandist itself.. Propaganda is purposeful and systematic striving to shape perceptions, manipulate knowledge and guide behavior for achieving reaction, which contributes to implementation of a goal by a propagandist”. The sides of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were guided by these definitions, and as the conflict is still far from being settled, propaganda remains to be one of the major priorities for all participants of the Karabakh conflict.
The necessity of shaping public opinion via mass media – in a way that any hostilities enjoy support among Azeri people and cause likings of majority of foreign countries – became a priority for Azerbaijan propaganda machine .It does not preserve any efforts to use every available opportunity to spread its falsified interpretation of history and facts for achieving its initiatives.
One of the good examples how Azerbaijan propaganda machine is working ,events happened in Khojaly in winter 1992 . If you will try to search information about Khojaly using Google search engine you will find that almost all sites describing the events of Khojaly have Azerbaijan origin.
Official Azerbaijani propaganda does not disdain to use any methods and means to display the Armenian side as a party responsible for the tragedy and to inject another portion of poison of Armenian phobia into the world public consciousness and the consciousness of its own people. Moreover, Baku goes on circulating the already unmasked frauds.
Thus, last year the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic drew the public’s attention to a forged photograph exposed in a number of Azerbaijani websites, including the website of “Heydar Aliyev Foundation”, which is very respectable in Azerbaijan (www.azerbaijan.az). It has been mentioned, that the propaganda machine of the neighboring republic tries to use the fact that besides a great number of corpses of civilians in the foreground of the photograph, outskirts of a settlement are seen in the background, which, in principle, should add verisimilitude to Baku’s version on mass killings of Azerbaijanis in Khodjalu. Meanwhile, color version of the above-mentioned photograph absolutely refutes it, namely the faces of the deceased, their garments, etc. In fact, this photograph is directly connected with the events in Kosovo. Namely as that the photograph along with a great number of the others was exhibited in one Serbian, one Albanian, and in one specialized German forum, in internet-page of reputable edition “New York Times” etc. However, the mentioned undisguised fraud still remains in a number of Azerbaijani sites, thus deluding those uninformed. Booklets with similar fraud are circulating all over the world.
The NKR MFA Information Department reminds that on February 25-26, 1992, the Karabakhi side launched a military operation to release the only airport of the republic, situated near Khodjalu settlement and to neutralize the weapon emplacements of the enemy in Khodjalu, from where since summer of 1991 the populated areas of Nagorno Karabakh have been regularly exposed to attacks of the Azerbaijani special police squads (OMON), artillery bombardments from “Alazan”, “Crystal” and rocket facility of volley fire “Grad”.
The release of the airport and neutralization of weapon emplacements of enemy in Khodjalu was of vital importance for the NKR people. The subunits of the NKR Defense Army granted a corridor to the peaceful population for safe and timely leaving the battle zone and the Azerbaijani side was informed of it beforehand. It is well-known that the NKR authorities informed the Azerbaijani side of preparation for the neutralization of the Khojalu weapon emplacements two months prior to the operation and that was repeatedly confirmed by the officials of Azerbaijan, in particular, by the then president Ayaz Mutalibov. However, the leadership of Azerbaijan did not undertake anything to help the peaceful population to leave the battle zone. Moreover, a column of peaceful population was shot near the border of Aghdam region, which was later on confirmed by Mutalibov, who connected the crime with the opposition’s efforts to remove him from the office by making him responsible for everything:
“As the survived Khojalu dwellers speak, all of that was organized to have a reason for my resignation. I do not think, that the Armenians, who have very precise and professional approach to similar situations, could allow Azerbaijanis to have documents denouncing them in fascist actions. It is possible to assume, that someone was interested in showing these shots later on the session of the Supreme Soviet and to blame me in all those things.” ( Interview of President of Azerbaijan A. Mutalibov about Khojaly events NEZAVISIMAYA GAZETA, 02. 04. 2004)
The territory where subsequently many corpses were filmed is 3 km far from Aghdam and 11 km from Khojalu. Up to the fall of Aghdam (summer 1993) this area was under permanent control of the Azerbaijani units, which excluded the access of the Karabakhi self -defense units there.
Some details of this military operation are so far shrouded in mystery and namely using this circumstance official Baku tries to profit from it to gain its political goals.Every February-March special events commemorating those victims are held by Azeri and Turkish communities, different organizations which have one mission to inform as many foreigners as possible about “Armenian fascism and terror”.
Those activities are well planned to veil Armenian campaign of Sumgait genocide and Armenian Lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan’s murder. During the year Turkey uses Khojaly as a card opposing to Great Armenian Genocide.

Why we must give attention to this ?

The resolution of this conflict depend on people opinion both in conflicting countries and foreign countries.
Fascist ideologists perfectly realized the role of mass media in success of military operations, and at large they ascribed major significance to those. The success of fascism in the beginning of the World War II was at large determined by propaganda system of Wehrmacht. And Mussolini, according to his team-mates, paid greater attention rather to newspaper headlines then to military purposefulness.

Being four time more in military personnel , ten time more in military vehicles and ammunitions and well organized Azeri’s lose the war. The reason is one. Azeri soldier demoralized and lacked a sense of purpose to fighting for this “Black Garden”.
“For Azerbaijan the issue of Karabakh is a matter of ambition, for the Armenians of Karabakh, it is a matter of life or death.”( Andrei Sakharov)
One of main goals of Azeri propaganda to convince its new generation that it is your land there. The land that your grandfathers live from paleonthropic period. That Barbarian Armenians take it from you by force.
Now this sentences sounds silly even for them. But new Azeri generation who drink this poisons with their mother milk , soon will have the answer of question why he must fight and die for that piece of soil.
